Quite a strenuous path, lots of ups and down that is easily accessible via lots of steps.
Not the best view when completed.

Despite the cloudy weather, this was enjoyable.
The commentary was available all over the train (even outside), and there were ample photo stops/points.

Due to adverse weather the cruise on Milford Sound was not available, however this was explained well and a longer flight given.
Good pilot and commentary.

We missed the turn because it was not signposted, but when we did get there it is easy to get to and amazing to look at.
Best when the beach is available.

Mixed feelings.
Did the return trip, outward our carriage had no commentary, lots of photo opportunities. On return, less people and the driver did not want to stop at all.

Odd mix of pitches.
All sites surrounded by flax so very quiet. Facilities basic but good and the location (Porpoise Bay) is breathtaking.

Van not ready (due to mechanical issues).
They did not have another van of same size so upgraded us but the upgrade is poor.
The clients were upgraded from a 2003 Ford Transit to a 2008 VW Euro due to the Transit being involved in an accident. We are disappointed that the client was unhappy with the upgrade and it is a shame this was never discussed with us at any stage not even at the drop off.

Quite a difficult walk as it was very steep.
Not long (30 minutes) and the view brilliant. Worthwhile doing.

Fabulous location (Manaia Nature Reserve), very good eco site that needs a bit more doing to it.
Showers good, only downside was the dawn chorus and toilets.
Thanks Eric, The toilets are now eco dry composting Clivus Multrum, a Swedish make that have proved very good. Birdsong at dawn are why some people stay. We strive to alway keep improving the campground.

The camp is positioned very well near the beach.
Alex and Mel (owners) provide fabulous information as to what to do and see. Great location for the Boulders.
