Toilet/shower and kitchen very basic in building that feels half complete - bare bricks and open doorways. Free wifi up at the office but if you want to use the plug you have to sit under the reception desk - they didn't want me to sit in the lounge area. Overall a beautiful place, well maintained gardens but needs a good clean. Very quiet (was the only guest!). Some road noise and occasional trains...
