Rivers and swimming holes, gold mine ruins and train tunnels to walk through. Good walking track (very busy though).

Got up for sunrise at Cathedral Cove carpark which made for a beautiful walk without the crowds.
Walked through a mist cloud on the way and seeing the cove at the end was amazing.

Excellent walking track (no stairs and not paved, very natural).
Very cool swinging bridge and a beautiful waterfall with swimming hole at the end. Well worth the walk.

Great tour, surprisingly large area but quite expensive for a self guided tour, $36 per person.
Possibly should include audio tour. Expect it to be busy (a very popular tourist spot).

Easily accessible (can see from the carpark or a 2 minute walk to the viewing platform) and fascinating to watch.
Could waste hours there.

Great day spent cruising around near Russell.
Captain and crew were fantastic, very friendly. Laid back atmosphere was great and food was excellent.

Very expensive for a short roll down a hill, especially for two people (extra $40 for no extra effort on their part).
