A real "the customer is always wrong" environment.
We should have known by the instant bad vibes we picked up on arrival or maybe by the vagrant picking up cigarette butts out of our ashtray. The other "holiday-goers" all roam around like expression-less zombies. Also, best of luck if you want to catch some sleep as you'll be stuck between 2 highways and a train track which frequently stops at what I deduced to be right next door.

Really clear water - a great place for a morning swim.
Get there early to lock in a decent tent site by the river. Bug spray a plus.

If you like thin walls, things that fall apart and break, as well as spending all your money you'll love Rosemere Backpackers!

Not an easy site for a tent as it does get windy although for the price of $6 a night it was well worth it.

Tent sites are well manicured.
Facilities are solid. Easy shuttle to The Crossing leaves from the front of house.

Camper vehicle invested but wicked sunrise/sets.
