Nice spot by the lakeside.
New and clean long drop toilets and wastewater sinks. For your $10 you get a free postcard in the morning :)

This would be an amazing spot if people could behave themselves.
Toilets are long drops and fully okay for free. It gets really full in the evening and there are many people that don't respect others and certainly overstay their welcome there.
For one night, totally fine!

This campground is patrolled by a security company.
Don't try to camp there if you're not self-contained.
Otherwise perfect spot. Toilets are clean and it's right next to the water.

This "campground" is a meadow with grazing cows on it.
A shed with a hole in the ground serves as the toilet. Don't try going there in the dark, there are cows and horses on the very narrow gravel road and you certainly miss the entrance. It's this only spot close to the East Cape, so it was alright. Never mind the "facilities" when you can have this breathtaking sunrise in the morning!

Great DOC Campground.
Very clean, nice administration and a hot shower for 50 cents per 4 minutes. They do claim $2 extra for rubbish disposal but this is once. For $8 one of the best campgrounds I've seen.

Great spot!
Flush toilets, easy to find and a lot of space. It got really windy though. Awesome view in the morning.

Standard DOC campsite.
$6 pp, long drop toilets, no sink. Next to the road but not noisy, a lot more space than the brochure says. Loads of sandflies.
