What a great little park, a little way out of town but if you want peace and quite this is the perfect place, a little bit of road noise early in the evening but dropped off later.
The owners must have done a recent upgrade since some of these reviews were written as now all facilities are now spot on however the unisex toilets and showers might put some ladies off as most men are pigs and leave seats up and water everywhere. A top park to stay and a credit to the owners. Stayed March 2015.
Many thanks for your review it is appreciated. The sad thing about reveiws (there is only one horrible one from a man four years ago...away at the bottom of the list of reviews) is that we have not done an upgrade, our facilities are still as clean and well kept at the day this chap stayed. He had the wrong park (as these comments are almost word for word what others would tell us about another camping ground, not a holiday park, on one of the routes before us) but a bad review stays. Not one reveiew on any platform, in the five and a half years we have been here says anything negative like this chaps ranting about the property. Thanks again your time to review, your comments are much appreciated:) Karen

It's free, in the middle of nowhere with no facilities and the locals use the boat ramp at all times of the night but you get what you pay for and the other campsite in town didn't look much better.
Stayed March 2015.

Well what can one say, this place is a dump and an over priced one at that.
It is the only place in town but at $20 per person for a 6 minute shower and a $10 deposit for a cooking pot, try and stay somewhere else. Stayed in March 2015

This camping site is very scenic and in a good location but the camp is old and needs a revamp, only 2 powered sites in the car park and the shower water was only just warm.
Overall a bit over priced at $20 per person. Huts looked very basic. Stayed March 2015.

This camping site is run by a church mob and is good value for money at only $15 per person for a powered site It is a bit old but clean and well kept and the water was hot and in a pretty location.
It was quite busy with a youth group staying, but well run and I would stay there again. Stayed in March 2015.
