We have used Buzzy on 3 occasions over the last two weeks.

On two of those occasions, at short notice, requiring John to come to the agency outside normal hours as well as not knowing exactly how long we would need the rental car (1-3 days). Each time John has assisted us in a friendly and helpful way and ensured that should we need the car for some extra days, it would be fine.

On each occasion, upon returning the car I have been offered a ride home.

The cars used were clean and well maintained. I will use Buzzy again and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.
