Had to do as longest - bit of fun walking across and could see jet boat and zip wire swings so plenty to see around the bridge.
Enjoyed walk and earthquake information, although did look a bit 'tired'. Same for cafe - no staff there so did not use it. Only $5 each though - but only suspension bridge.

Great to see dolphins swimming out at sea whilst sunbathing/swim in sea.
In evening watch the penguins come ashore and looking at fossil forest. Clambering over rocks. All free - carpark included!

Nice quick way up with great views.
Luge was fun. Could have done with a bit more information about luge before we had to buy multi-tickets at the bottom. Staff on checkout looked bored. Would be great for kids.

Much better than the name suggests.
Overlooking sea - watched cockel men and tractors. Went out and collected cockels and cooked them - great. Although near the road, it was quiet. Several others around - friendly and safe, loved it. Circular space, end of short dirt road.

Steady uphill through bush - few views - then come out and turn to views and on up to even better views.
Good circulate nature trail. Top itself was a bit disappointing. Need signs to show extension on for views in other directions. Good location to see where other tracks come in (Routeburn etc).

This was our bit of luxury, money wise, even though we shared a quad bunk - worked out fine (with a German couple).
All transport was fine, boat had plenty of space (except some reserved booths!). Information as going was good. Food great. Very relaxing - good weather helped. Staff friendly. Activities OK. Saw lots of dolphins and seals which helped. Found a good couple to pal up with.

Really enjoyed this long, varied walk.
Got the height climb over early (Gibbs Hill) with few views, then glorious views. History at the hut. Beach then seals at Separation Point, then more beaches to swim from before wading the river at the end. Recommend for a good workout, bush and beach.
