Good spot with nice view over the water.
Toilets OK. A bit windy the night we were there. Seven vans there, an ok number. Any more would be a bit cramped.

Too crowded.

The best hot pools in New Zealand even if the camping ground is rather ordinary.
But the small but clean and tidy facility block is perfectly adequate - but maybe not at busy times. Free access to pools for campers. Especially good early morning when the general public aren't there. Nice cafe there.

Great spot.
Good view, near to children's playground, bar and restaurant and Raumati shops. Could be a bit rough in windy weather.

Very nice camp away from the hustle of Queenstown but close enough to get to the attractions of the area.
Modern clean facilities. Walk to Arrowtown shops.

Very good camp with great facilities.
Bakery with good food just outside the entrance.

4.5/5
Great spot.
Watch the walkers, boaters, sunset etc. Walk to supermarket, train station. Catch a train to Porirua, Kapiti or Wellington. You do get buffeted on a windy night as it is open to the sea.

Great place to stop.
Walking distance to town, Caroline Bay attractions etc. Noise could be a problem from port or carnival activities. Great site. Handy to town and Caroline Bay features. Could be noisy from port or bay festivities. Toilet and dump station.

Very pleasant place to watch walkers, kayakers, paddlers, dog people and aquatic birds.
A good walk although watch for bird droppings. By contrast the dog people are told to do the right thing and they appear to be doing just that. Clean toilets but closed at night.
