An excellent service once again, Wilderness!
Our fourth New Zealand adventure in one of your motor homes was another great success. From booking months beforehand to the vehicle collection and driving away from the base, the service and efficiency were second to none - super, friendly staff who patiently explain everything with a smile (it was great to see Bonnie once again and enjoy some laughter with her in the Christchurch base). When we had concerns about the heating and fridge, an engineer was organised to visit our campsite very speedily in order not to delay our travels. If you could just wave your magic wand with the weather as well another time, that would be excellent - torrential rain seemed to follow us wherever we went on this trip! Thanks, Wilderness, we hope to be back.

AVOID THIS CAMPSITE!
The facilities are a disgrace; they are in need of refurbishment and a good clean as well. In addition, they charge too much for such poor facilities. The voracious mosquitos are not the fault of the campsite but some sort of warning would be helpful for the unwary!
