Arrived just in time for a free guided tour taken by the manager whose enthusiasm was very catching & made for an amazingly interesting & informative experience.

Were rushed through instructions on how waste/water in van worked.
Kept waiting over 1hr to get van. Waste (grey) hose was left open when we collected van & so emptied itself continously till we realised the problem.
