Good campsite, just 5 minutes bike ride from Hot Water Beach which was busy (mid January) but still good fun, everyone mucking in together digging holes!
Staff polite, good facilities, all fine, an enjoyable first night for our visit to NZ.

Fantastic spot!
If you're looking for a well equipped/Top 10 style campsite, this isn't it, but as a previous reviewer has said - camping on the beach? Priceless!

Lovely campsite, just a few steps from the golden sands beach, just perfect.
It was busy when we arrived at 5pm, car park full of day visitors, but by 7pm just us and about 5 other camper vans - quiet, simple, picturesque, just what we wanted from an NZ campsite!
