Clean facilities.
Would have been nice without rain, but it was still a good place to stay.

10 dollars for a night and free hot showers at Pin Oak Flat.
You can camp anywhere in this beautiful park. The facilities were clean and modern and the location is great!

Nice hot showers which looked very new.
If you are looking to do the tongariro crossing the location is perfect. There is a bus service which can pick you up an drop you of. The campsites itself were not really flat, but nothing too bad. We had a very good experience here.

Lots of sandflies, facilities were okay but not very clean.
It's cheap, so that was good, but very basic campsite.

Cheap, but had to pay for showers.
Facilities were clean and there was a cooking shelter! Which helps being right of the beach and in the wind. Location is stunning, close to the beach. Make sure you do one of the walks even a short one, it's worth it!
Oh and there were heaps of sandflies, but that's kinda normal.

Big kitchen, toilet and shower facilities.
It is quit a big park, but the facilities were big enough for that. It's still about a 20 minute walk to the citycentre, but a nice location opposite the lake. The lakes nice for swimming too.

Not in the city of Queenstown (the centre is a good 20 minute walk).
But the facilities were clean. The campsite is not more then a parking spaces and some sea containers for the facilities, but that was fine.

Very expensive for just a car park.
The location near yhfhe ferries and the citycentre was great. But there were just bathroom facilities an nothing else. Also the facilities werent that clean, also the showers wouldnt stay on for more than half a minute, so having to repush the button everytime wasnt great, but fine for once.

Our campsite was between the backpackers lodge and the cabins and there was just enough space for our campervan.
We felt a bit secluded from other people. The kitchen was nice but perhaps a bit small. There were only a few showers (which you had to pay for), so we had to qeue up at the end of the day. But the location made up for all of that. Right of the beach and close to the watertaxis, kayaks and in the middle of Abel Tasman!

Nice place by the lake of the main road.
Just two toilets for the whole campground was a bit tight, but alright. Not that many places to park your campervan, but plenty of sites for your tent.

Nice facilities and very close to the lake.
Not so close to Rotorua so you definitely need to drive a bit before you're in the city centre. But friendly staff.
Thanks Elles for your comments. We are abit out of town (8 minutes) but the bonus is we are away from the smell . Hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday here in New Zealand

Close to the city centre.
Campsite is at the back and not well kept. We had a very rainy night and a bit of water doesn't scare us. But there were big puddles all around the campervan and to add to the fun were the bathroom facilities flooded aswell. The water in there was about ankle deep. The facilities itself were mostly clean, but it all looked a bit old.
