Great spot, lovely hosts, and a delicious meal if you're tired of cooking on your own.
Also a great spot for an afternoon cuppa while waiting for the Cathedral Caves to open. We stayed in a basic backpackers cabin, which we found to be roomy once you pushed the beds together and made some space. Kept the rain out, comfy beds. Camp kitchen is on the smaller side but we had three to four groups in there without bumping elbows. Hot showers with good pressure too. Highly recommend you stop in here for a visit!
Thanks Keemin & Holly,
You have been honest and I would say your comments are fair. We try to do the best we can. Our camp kitchen is not enormous - we relocated it from the Karitane Motor camp and it fits our recycled theme. Most of the time it is fine and we have a common room plus covered outdoor seating to sit under next to the kitchen. During holiday periods you can't build anything big enough to accommodate everyone, if they all want to eat at once. Just a matter of pacing oneself during peak periods.
