Friendly and helpful staff.
Clean facilities, free BBQs, hot showers and a nice quiet camp ground. Only negative is there is no swimming pool and the beach is not a swimming beach.
Hi Trevor
Thank you for your feedback, when the tide is in you can swim but unfortunately the tide does go out a long way at low tide, glad you enjoyed your stay

Fantastic spot right on the beach.
However, facilities are very tired. A nice hot shower came to nothing when the water just trickled out. Barely enough to wet oneself. All facilities could do with a major refurbishment.

Only self-contained vehicles allowed.
Fantastic location next to the lake. Very busy in peak periods but plenty of space to park. Arrive late in day if you want water-front spot as that is when day visitors leave. Only minutes from town.

Lovely setting.
Very cramped in peak season. Facilities are old and in serious need of upgrading. Water pressure in showers is non-existent. Management very pleasant and hospitable.

Lovely setting, plenty of space and very quiet.
Good clean facilities and only a few minutes from town. Showers are $1 per 5mins. Highly recommended.

Gravel road of about 18 kms makes this site accessible only to suitable vehicles.
Very basic facilities. Lovely setting on rugged coast. Camp site basically a paddock.

Fantastic spot, great views and very quiet.
Facilities are good but basic and shouldn‘t be a problem as only self-contained vehicles allowed. Would have rated this site higher except for the fact they only allow 3 vehicles overnight and the campsite is Huge. When we were there, 3 previous vehicles hogged the spots all 3 nights.
