Gave a 5, but didn't stay here.
Again have found another place that this app needs to update the prices. It's is 20pp for unpowered. Seems like an alright spot, but we picked it because its listed at $12.50pp. Gets frustrating after awhile pulling up to sites and having out dated information.

This camp is all about the location.
Short walk to the beach which is nice. The camp itself could be set up better. The unpowered sites are about as far away as they can be and feel those are the people that need the facilities the most. Long walks to kitchen and toilets which are located at opposite ends of each other. Mosquitos really bad at night. It is a nice place though with a lovely beach and many walks in area. Stayed for 1 night and felt that was good enough. Would go back to area, but maybe not overnight.

The first review says it all.
Great spot. When we were here we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Awesome view from the camp spot. Need tokens for the shower that you can get from the caretakers. If they aren't around there is contact info. We drove down to their house and paid for our site and to get tokens. $1 for 4mins. Showers were hot, maybe too hot and you can't control the temperature. But not complaining it was still nice to have a shower. Nice beach, but not for swimming quite dangerous. Would definitely go back and stay longer.

Very nice spot.
We spent three nights here. Lots to do in area. Long and short walks right from the camp. The beach is a 5 min walk from camp. Great fishing spots around the rocks. Didn't catch anything though. Caves to explore nearby too. 15 for two people was really good. For how close to Auckland it is you don't feel like you're that close, the airplanes flying over remind you. Toilets were cleaned daily and there are cold showers. Only down side is there isn't much for shade to park under. It got pretty hot in our van by 8am. Overall worth the drive out here, but it was longer and slow going once you hit the gravel. Stay at least two nights if you're gonna make the trip out.

Nice place just outside of Blenheim about 5 min.
Older facilities, but it all works. Personally I thought it added some character to the place. Reasonable rate at $24 for two people. This place is also within pick up range if you are wanting to go on a biking wine tour which I highly recommend doing.

Really nice spot!
Toilets clean. Close to a few nice walking tracks. Bugs weren't too bad either. Would definitely stay again. Good place to stop for the night if heading to Arthur's pass or coming from the pass and don't want to go all the way to Hokitika.

Nice spot.
Toilets ok. Sand flies weren't that bad but the Mosquitos were brutal!

Facilities are really good, but super expensive for an unpowered site $42 for 2 people.

Basic DOC site.
Sand flies were bad. Good place to stay the night before if you are looking to start the Routeburn Track or so some day walks.

Facilities were really good and very clean.
Was a bit overpriced though. Paid $32 (2people) for unpowered site in an open field. Enjoyed the farm animals. Liked the Llamas.
Just a short note. We are a fully serviced campground, unlimited showers with no coin operation, fully equipped kitchen with free use of the cutlery, pots, pans, plates, cups etc. Free WiFi. Free animal nuts to feed the animals. Free use of bar-be-que. Free waste disposal. Lots of power points to plug in your devices... just putting it out there :) Oh, and they're Al Pacas, not Llamas. Thanks :D

Great stop on the way to Milford.
Can have fires here, but was raining so couldn't make one. Sand flies were bad but considering where you are you'll find them everywhere. Cleanest toilet I've ever seen. Cheap stay at $6pp.
