Do not pay for seeing penguins!
At Victory Beach you get a nice walk to the beach around pyramid shaped volcano. On the beach you can see sea lions in the evening and yellow eyed penguins.

Definitely good for young travellers.
It is a cheap cruise, is slightly longer than other similar competitors.
Good for any independent traveller, of any age, that hate crowded tour boats!

Cathedral Caves Walk

Caves are nice but it is private so you have to pay.
Also we saw penguins nesting in the cave - it has to be stressful there - flashing cameras, torches. I did not see nothing that prohibited this.
