We offer good value ticket prices (you probably paid $49 March last yr), and free food offers (Bacon, lettuce, tomato on toasted ciabatta bread), designed to be a small snack eaten in your hand while outside enjoying the scenery on our 2 hour cruise (½ hr longer than some of our competitors for similar pricing). We decided not to offer weak, cheap, filter coffee for free, but to have decent espresso style coffee and train our crew to be baristas. We thought our customers would prefer a cheap ticket, but would pay for a decent cup of coffee.

It seems to be working in the most part. Sorry you felt cheated.
