Very friendly, nice cave, cool formations, loads of glowworms, fun rafting cave and river, cute rainforest train.
Loved the hot showers, very new fancy building, got many free downloadable pics.

Absolutely great location.
Beautiful lake to swim in, spacious clean toilets, huge space, not many campers, uninhabited luxury holiday homes behind it. Weka walking around, one of our favourites - free!

Oparara Arch Walk

Very beautiful bush walk, beautiful valley, ferns, some nikau, huge old native trees, well formed track, no mud, all bridged, shelter to lunch in.

Good value for money.
Great scenic drive, very beautiful bush walk, clean and spacious, great penguin tour (saw Little Blue, Yellow Eyed in care and in the wild), great guide sea kayaking tour, beautiful surroundings.

Karamea end of Heaphy Track

Beautiful coastal walk on the Heaphy Track, hundreds of Nikau Palms, great waves and beaches all the way.
Toilets at Scotts Beach and Katipo Creek Shelter - go as far as you like and back.
