Nic, Ross and the camperco team were professionals and easy to communicate throughout the rental process.
The campervan (med size) was great to travel and easy to get around with automatic transmission and good power for the steep hills. The interior is comfortable and the design was ok ( which new fleet will be upgraded to make it more practical) and easy to get around, even with a baby on board. They were very helpful and supplied a car seat so we didn’t need to bring ours.
There are no adds on the vehicle, which feels more like your own van than driving a billboard around NZ! We were able to pick up the van from Auckland, which was ideal for our trip plans. We then dropped it off in Christchurch and got a nice ride to the airport from the drop off area.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. The vehicle and service are top notch.

Best way of visiting wineries in Hastings.
Very friendly people all along the route (map given when you start the tour!). Easy and secure access between wineries (bike trail). Make sure you start early and bring water and sunscreen!

Probably the walking track not to muss if you like one day hiking trip (7-8hrs).
Be there earlier so you can take the time to enjoy the surroundings. Best to reserve a transfer by bus from the end of the trail to the start so you can take the time you need to hike. Do not forget water, food, sunscreen, light clothing and good hiking shoes,

One of the best museums I have seen so far.
Very interactive and not too overwhelming. I would still suggest to go 2-3 times and take the time to experience every section. If you do not have 2-3 days, it is still doable. Take the time to have a chat with the staff, they are just awesome!

Very pricey, even when it is not high season.
Need upgrade for washers and dryers. OK staff and OK service. Very close to the beach. Lacking enthusiasm!

Probably one of the only places you can make a fire.
Beautiful pebble beach with amazing sunsets. Very relaxing. Great staff and very clean. Good place to fish or just wander around at low tide.

Very interesting and educational.
The guides were very funny. Would have been more fun with a smaller group but still highly recommend it. Do not forget to look with your eyes before taking the camera, you might miss something.

On your to do list.
Funniest thing to do when you go as a group. Make sure to go 2 x 2 on the long trail. Only downside is the price to pay if you want a video or photo of the activity. Should have a price per photo instead.

Nice little town, friendly people. Basic amenities. Great place for surfing (close to the wharf) and interesting history.

Cool little spot on the way to the beach.
Very laid back staff. Skateboards/skin boards etc for hire to enjoy at the beach. Good information, very friendly and place to go before you drive up the East Coast.
