An extremely well organised and run tour company.
The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgable - particularly the lady (cannot remember her name!), who narrated our journey. Saw a total of 6 whales and the boat took us very close to them. Even got a 10% discount with Top10 card!

we stopped and had lunch here - only a 5 min walk to the falls.
Beautiful scenery by the river and waterfall, however take bug spray as infested with sandflies.

Central location in the middle of town.
Friendly staff - a lady approached us asking if we needed help. She then went on to book our Milford Sound Cruise for us after giving us lots of advice about all of the different tours.

Had problems with the alternator and coolant light - lost a days travel due to this.
However, customer service has been good and the rental price was very competitive. Would use them again.

Centrally located - close to town.
Great facilities - including free hot showers and powerful hairdryer. Roomy sites with ample picnic benches around to eat dinner on.

Despite lovely views overlooking the mountains and really friendly DOC staff, our trip was tainted by a huge problem with mosquitoes and during the course of the night we had around 50 mosquitoes come
into our camper - making it hard to sleep, bring bug spray!!

Very central location, making it very easy to walk to the gondola and town.
Although sites were quite small, we were separated from other campers by shrubs. Facilities clean and modern.

I approached a lady at the desk with some questions I had. She answered in detail and directed me on a city map. A huge range of leaflets available to take.

Extremely friendly staff who were constantly reassuring us and making us feel safe.
I opted for the video package - which gave me a brilliant video and array of pictures at the end. Jumped over absolutely incredible scenery - the plane journey would have been worth the money alone.

Although a long walk (1 hour return), to the glacier - the news of it are amazing.
No need to splash out hundreds of dollars doing an organised tour - the DOC free walk is excellent.

Amazing view of the glacier - safety well marked out.
Informative signs. Might be good to indicate at the bottom of the walk that moderate fitness level needed to complete walk - as very steep to the top!

A really good tour which allowed us to experience the beautiful Milford Sounds close up.
The boat allowed plenty of room for everyone to be above board, despite being small. Staff were really friendly and informative. Very punctual and reasonably priced. Free tea and coffee which is always a bonus!
