Too much of a commercial attitude.
If it was not for booking a package, the lady behind the counter would barely listen to my two questions related to the Milford tours. We ended up going to the DOC information desk where they were of much better help.

Low rates so interesting offer but service/state of the van could be better: fridge makes a lot of noise at night, no interior check at pickup, no welcome package of cleaning materials, gas tank almost
empty at pickup. Linen should be included on board. Holes in the car so mice get inside all the time!
