The swing bridge was fun and made the walk more interesting, also visiting Rivendel (home of the elves).....
if it was not for these two, felt the walk could have been very standard.

On the tour I felt rushed and hurried as there were too many tours, but for a Lord of the Rings fan it was fantastic.
A highlight of our trip. The tour guide was engaging of the group - very expensive!!

Exceeded expectations!
The waterfall itself was exhilarating while the walk along the river was wonderful. To our surprise at the end of the walk we found natural hot pools.

Lots of information available, especially from the elder man who was a local volunteer.
I really liked the old building - an old magistrates court. Next door to a handy library.
