Gosh - we’re gutted that your van wasn’t up to standard cleanliness-wise. This is actually something we take a lot of pride in because we know it’s important! We do have pretty rigorous quality-assurance procedures in place but it appears this one may have slipped through. We also give all of our hirers the final opportunity to approve their van before departure, but we should have picked this up ourselves. My apologies. Thanks for the positive rating though – I guess everything else was OK :)
