Class spot beside the creek, has places to light fire, clean toilets and lots of space for campers and cars. Only $5 per person.

Just drive straight down to end of marine parade, down a wee lane, there is a sign saying no camping but drive past and go onto the pebble beach and ya can park up there.
Perfect spot for the night, no toilet but 2 mins other end of marine parade there are but no camping beside that. Beach is beautiful as well as surroundings, quiet and worth going of the road for it!

Perfect spot to camp for free just an hour away from Auckland.
Lots of space to park up, there are toilets they are basic and suitable for what is required. Nice and quiet and beautiful to wake up to in the morning!

Beautiful spot to camp, right beside the lake, peaceful and just 5 mins outta Rotorua perfect for nipping in and out of town, plus gets you away from the smell.
Small fee to pay of $8 but worth it!

This place is beautiful, so unreal, we arrived late at night in heavy fog, just drive straight to the end of Lake Road and the BUS STOP CAFE is where you can park, can go on around further but the toilets
are beside the café, cleaned every morning and your right beside the lake. Gary the café owner very helpful just go speak to him and give you tips, we hired the kayak and went down the lake and it was unreal defo worth the adventure. There is power available though make sure you have long power cable to reach power units, ours was short but as had small camper we sneaked close to the rocks and made it reach. Stayed extra nights it was so beaut!

Perfect free campsite for self contained vehicles.
Its only 20 mins into the city perfect to camp up before catching the ferry. Beaut spot to catch the sunset just down on the beach, sweet for bit of fishing in the sea, has clean toilets available and shops near by.

Perfect spot to stay just outside Taupo, drive 5 mins outta town and cant miss it beside the airport.
Class to sit and watch sunset and skydivers. Longdrop toilet is bit away from parking but is suitable for the stay, bring your own toilet paper!
