We hired an Escape 2 from Wilderness in mid May and we were very impressed with the standard and quality of the van.
It was our first time with a campervan so we don't have anything to compare to but it was hard to fault the Escape's equipment and layout. The staff at Wilderness were also very helpful and friendly and we would happily recommend them.

We used Trips n Tramps for a trip out to Milford Sound from Te Anau and we were very impressed with our guide's (Steve) knowledge and friendliness.
We were very lucky in that my wife and I were the only two traveling with Steve (weather not great) and so we had his undivided attention but we couldn't fault his manner and relaxed nature. Would highly recommend to others.
