We saw a bit of the glacier (300 metres), was good for not so trained person.

After at least a 40 minute walk one reaches the bay with the well known hole in the rock, nice and easy walk, nice beach.

It took about 3.5 hours.
In the canyon we were for about circa 1.5 to 2 hours. Had the maximum group size of 12 - was really a lot - long waiting between actions in water, guides were great, canyoning was fun.
