Pretty basic though no problems for the 3 weeks we had the van.
Staff were not particularly helpful and vehicle not really 'ready to go' on pick up. We didn't get our starter pack as promised and am stil awaiting a response regarding a bag left on the van. Not hopeful either! Would not use again.

Fantastic set up.
Great for spectators. We spent a couple of hours just watching. Worth booking in advance as to jump on a busy day would have involved a wait of about 4 hours.

Relaxed and informative. Money well spent. Kids were supposed to get drink and cookie which didn't materialise!

Swingbridge was great fun and the walk enjoyable.
Flying Fox overrated and expensive. Felt pushed into spending unneccesary money in the middle of nowhere. Led to believe there was a cafe in literature but there was none.

An excellent experience from start to finish.
My husband and kids all bungy jumped for the first time and fantastic staff made it truly memorable. We booked to avoid any hanging about and had the pod to ourselves.
