Two hour round trip.
A bit strenuous but good exercise walking up to Rawhiti cave. Impressive view of Rawhiti cave, recommend to bring a walking stick as the path can be a bit steep and muddy after rain.

Track is right off camp Elsdon.
Very good morning exercise walking 1 hour round trip, track to the hill top. From there you see a magnificent view of Porirua, Wellington and the ferry station.

On orientation staff spent 80% of the time on aggressively selling us extra insurance, 15% checking on scratches on vehicle.
Only about 5% time teaching us how to use the facilities in vehicle. We had to learn ourselves on the way.

It's apparent that the owner puts lots of consideration into developing this site, just like someone who builds his house for himself and family to live.
