So far the only con would be that their office is not near the airport. (Christchurch) but the shuttle can arrange this.

The ride is fun and you will go as close as you can get to the rocks.
Maybe a little expensive as the price of a ride is the price of a full day in an amusement park. (though the place is much more beautiful.)
