Very professional.
Didn't let us paddle due to strong wind. We hired kayaks the next day. You can only get to Split Apple rock though. 3 hours is way enough for rental. Quite long safety briefing, but still 10/10. Best place for kayaking.

Absolute highlight of our roadshow.
My personal no 1 in NZ. We met some people turning halfway to come back to Mangatepopo. Don't do it! It gets even more spectacular once you get to the Red Crater. Crossing took us 6h40 min. There's a bus transfer available. 100/100
