Great experience - Friendly and informative staff.
Only reason it's not 10/10 is that we were'bumped' because of weight restrictions and had to wait another 2 hours for our flight. Bonus was that we were then the only people on it.

Brand new Motorhome - great layout.
Staff seemed flustered at the number of people picking up at the same time. Only problems with the van was the plastic catches on the drawers that kept breaking. (had an older van in South Island that had metal catches - no problems at all.) Pick up/drop off service good but had to wait 90 mins at end of hire.Would use them again and recommend to friends.
