We are seasoned campers that recently did a 3 week trip around the South Island of NZ with 3 other families.
We chose Euro Campers because they advertised their 6 berth as a 'deluxe' 'luxurious' camper and it was far from it! Out of the 4 families we paid the second highest price and we had the lowest quality camper. When we picked up the camper we found out it was a re-branded Pacific Horizon camper. Before we even left we could see several chips in the windscreen, rip in drivers seat, dings in the floor not to mention the decomposing rat in the depot car park. By the end of the holiday we had a page of things that were broken, not working or had holes in them (and these were not from us...they were pre-existing issues). We shared this list with the staff on our return and we haven't heard from them since. We would not have had a problem with these faults had the camper been advertised as a 'standard' or 'budget' model not a 'deluxe'. Our friends had an Alpha Campervan which was $1000 cheaper and in a lot better condition with a lot less kms on the odometer.
Hi Rachel,
Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it. As per your suggestion we have decided to re-brand this vehicle. It was never our intention to mislead anyone through the name of the campervan and the age and specification of the vehicle is openly available on our website. All our 6 Berth vehicles are from 2010 or younger, with 5 berth vehicles being from 2013.
Chips in the windscreen are generally repaired but can still be apparent. Chips happen regularly on NZ roads and as a chip, after being repaired, does not impeach on the integrity of the windscreen, the windscreen won't need to be replaced. In case of a serious crack or structural / Visual integrity loss the windscreen is of course replaced.
Furthermore we hope that you still had an experience in New Zealand which you can positively remember and wish you the best for your future endeavors.

Nice place to stop for an overnight stay but the toilets were not very clean.

A very fun and relaxing way to end our New Zealand tour.
The kids loved the water slides and we loved the thermal pools.

We stayed one night in this park on our way to Doubtful Sound and it was the best one on our 3 week tour!
Clean modern facilities, great camp kitchen/lounge/dining area and an excellent playground for the kids.

Awesome 3-4 hour walk to the Hooker Valley glacier with Mount Cook in the background.
The kids enjoyed the three suspension bridges over the aqua rushing glacial streams (or more like rivers). We had four seasons in 3 hours so be prepared for all weathers.

This WOULD have been a beautiful cruise had it not been booked with twice as many people as what should have been on the tour.
You were squeezed onto the boat (which is a large boat...there were just so many people) where you jostled for a seat, off the boat and off to the farm tour. This would have been good if we could have found a seat (none left) and been able to see. This was followed by a morning tea where everyone was grabbing at the food afraid they were going to miss out because there were so many people. Then it was time to go. Another stream of people came off one end of the returning boat and were squeezed back on the other end. We called it the sausage factory! Very disappointing for the amount of money we paid!

AMAZING experience that was great for the whole family.
Beautiful boat ride across Lake Te Anau, informative talk, small tour groups through the actual caves, tea and coffee. A very tightly run operation!

Outstanding museum that you could easily spend a whole day in.
The kids had an excellent time in the Kids Discovery section that had a great range of hands on activities. The butterfly house was like and indoor rainforest with 1000s of butterflies flying around and landing on you. We only had a fleeting whirl around the rest of the museum (the kids wanted to go back to the Discovery Area) but there were some really interesting exhibits including a bona fide mummy. The lunch at the café was very tasty and the kids well catered for with a Kids Lunch Box. Must see in Dunedin!
