Great value for money.
A wild and impressive region which can only be visited on a guided tour. The driver was very knowledgable and the 4wd bus comfortable. This was a trip highlight.

We joined Ian on 29 Dec 2013 for an unforgettable evening in the wild.
It was close to the physical limits for us older members of the group but the jaw dropping sight of a kiwi looking out of the bush and casually emerging to forage in front of the whole group had us feeling like 10 year olds on Xmas morning. Thank you - it was amazing.

Joeline popped out of the bush at 10.54. It took quite a bit of patience, but, you are so right, it was so worthwhile.

A tremendous experience.
Friendly drivers of van and jet boat made getting there lots of fun. Lovely forest walk and a well constructed hide for viewing. The birds were close and unconcerned. There were herons still in breeding plumage, chicks and squabbling teens and the comedic spoonbills were an unexpected bonus. A trip highlight.
