Perfectly nice campground, clean facilities, friendly management and lots of plants and trees around that give some privacy to the otherwise small sites (we had a campervan site).
Because it is the only place around, it can get quite busy - even off season. But nevertheless we had a quiet night. Recommended.

Next to a river, very beautiful. Only for self contained vehicles, no facilities in place.

Very nice campground, conveniently situated for Cape Reinga and sandboarding.
Clean facilities, hot tub in place if needed, close to the beach and very friendly management.

Beautiful campground surrounded by a river with designated swimming spots.
Clean, nice facilities and out-door cooking/bbq place. Spacious sites for campervans, nice views. Very helpful management. Had the greatest time.
