The site is basically a motor home "carpark" by the waterfront, it is by a busy road and there was also noise from nearby ferries; although reasonably quiet from 12 - 6am; however the location is excellent
. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were spotlessly clean. The site does have a fence round it now, so felt secure from people walking past. Wouldn't stay here for more than 1 night but great for walking in to the centre along the wharf. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Lovely site, with more space between pitches than some top 10s.
Facilities good and clean (timed showers); nice swimming pool. Staff very welcoming and helpful. The site is opposite the i site and museum.

Very cramped site - vans all squashed in together, both end to end and side by side; however this site has the best showers in NZ.
Other facilities all good as well.

Lovely camp site, space between pitches - great facilities, all spotlessly clean.
Staff very helpful about places to visit in the area. Voucher for free WiFi. Discounted entry to the hot pools which were brilliant.
