Really good tour with nice people on board the boat.
You get information not only on the albatross but on Dunedin and birdlife around the Otago Peninsular as well.

I have a Flexi pass which is cheaper than going by normal Intercity bus service, but it could be even cheaper for backpackers / students.
Big Plus - you are able to go almost everywhere in New Zealand on Intercity.
