Really good reliable four seater.
Intelligently designed to be very comfortable and warm inside. Motor was very reliable and smooth. Loved driving it and slept well every night. Handles the steep mountains well. The vehicle is well supported by the attentive staff. Enjoyed the LCD monitor for movies off my hard drive for the early winter nights. AND they are affordable !!!

Four of us toured the south island of New Zealand for 2 weeks in the Wilderness Alpine 4.
The vehicle was a pleasure to drive and never let us down through all the hills and valleys around the beautiful southern alps. The design of the interior of the vehicles is very intelligent and makes for a very comfortable and good looking motorhome. I especially love the way the second bed can be brought down at the push of a button and just as easily put back. And it's a really good bed too ! The climate controls in this vehicle are very easy to use - you can set the temperaure that you want and easily change between gas and external electric power.
The support team at Wilderness are very approachable and knowledgeable. Molly introduced us to the vehicle on arrival and was very patient, helpful and friendly. This got our trip off to a great start.
I would recommend Wilderness to anyone.

Great cars and great service.
Highly recommended.
On returning our car to Wellington one Monday morning we encountered heavy traffic and I was sure we would miss our flight to Christchurch. When we got to 'GO Rentals' the guy dropped everything he was doing, loaded up our bags and got us straight to the airopor. We JUST managed to make our flight. The delay was totally my fault for not leaving earlier but the 'GO Rentals' guy was totally awesome that morning. This is a great team hard working and honest of people.

However, since I am here, I have rented Europcar from Wellington airport 4 times in the past 2 years. The experience has been perfect. Good cars in great condition and the service has also been excellent.

Well maintained, beautiful and comfortable vehicle that is easy to drive.
Handles mountains very well. Some small electrical problems that saw the reverse camera not working for a while and the battery light coming on - but lead to no actual problems. Staff were helpful and well organised. I would recommend Iconic to anyone.
