People living permanently in park in run down caravans.
Not a very comfortable feeling for a tourist. Nice spot, friendly owners, but the people living there a bit off putting.

Great views, close to town, walkway alongside foreshore easy to access.
Facilities really run down and out dated. Reception not very friendly.
