Simply awesome, the Tongariro crossing part is of course exceptional, but the east part of the Track is just magic, particularly in the early morning, with the morning fog sea in the valley and the sunrise
. If you can, avoid the Whakapapa-Mangatepopo part, it's quite boring.

This is a fantastic ascension to the summit, totally worth it.
But I highly recommend a map because there's no track and it's a little bit tricky to find your way, be prepaired.

A nice walk along gardens, a little bit too artificial for us but it's very nice though.
I recommend it if you go through Hamilton, won't take too long.

It was a nice sportive walk but not very interesting, a lot of bush, some nice views on the river but nothing exceptional.
