In glancing at a few of Cruzy's recent reviews, I have to say that I agree.

First and foremost, the customer service from Andrew and Jenny is A+. We did have a mechanical issue with a fan belt, lucky us, and I was mentally preparing myself for a 1 or 2 day delay. Not so. We called Andrew (on the phone he supplies, with his phone # clearly printed on back) and he was immediately on top of it. He located a mechanic, who not only was there in 30 minutes but also after regular business hours. The van was in the shop first thing the next morning and the only thing it cost us was a leisurely breakfast. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised at the prompt attention. The "Kiwi Way" is alive and well. Thank you Andrew and mechanics, Clarke Johnston and son of Fox Glacier, for making a major inconvenience nothing at all.

Renting from Cruzy was a totally positive experience. All expectations were met above and beyond and there were no unpleasant surprises. No worries.
