Not impressed.
$42 powered site 2 adults. (They charge for 2yr+ infants btw!). $4 for a 30 min cold washing machine, want BBQ? extra, want Internet? extra and it's like dial up its so slow. Shower toilet block is open to the outside so freezing cold. Shower has no gutter so next door's shower run off (and whatever else) goes over your feet, nice! Sites are so close you can hear next door farting and the train WILL wake you up through the night.
Oh and the kitchen roof leaked leaving nowhere to sit that was dry.
Thanks for taking the time to post a rating but are you sure you have the right park? The vast majority of our camp sites are amongst the largest that you'll find in a NZ holiday park and we don't have open drains in our shower blocks.

Brilliant value.
Lovely hosts. $24 powered site 2 adults. No charge for 3 yr old. Clean toilet and shower block, bit rustic but no extra charge or timed showers. Hot water washing machines!!! Right across from a nice beach which the littleun loved exploring as there were lots of nice shells!

Didn't visit any others so can't compare but we loved these.
No charge for 2yrs and under but you have to have a swim nappy ($3). The price stated $20 per adult but we were charged $20 for 2 adults not sure if this was an offer or a mistake?! Can buy combined tickets with the ice rink but after a 3 hour walk the ice skating got forgotten very quickly! Water was lovely, powerful massage jets, everything was clean and our little one actually could put her head under the water as it didn't sting her eyes.
Useless hair dryer in the ladies, used the hand dryer instead!

'Liked' their facebook to get 10% off which was a good price reduction.
Pros, comfy, came with everything you'd need, clean and no problems.
Cons, really slow uphill, no heating at night unless at a powered site which costs more, extremely cheap toddler seat with no recline and no head support. Passenger seats don't recline.
Overall we had a really good time and had fun in our jucy but if you have kids then go and hire a decent car seat from somewhere else.

Great bargain!
$10 pp for a powered site. Had toilet, hot shower, sink, recycling, water, dump site. What more do you need? Great value, wish there were more of these!

Previous reviewers weren't kidding about the doc lady!
We arrived after very late ferry so couldn't even find the toilets or the pay box. We also had a sick baby that kept us up all night so it wasn't pleasant when stroppy doc banged on the door very very early loosing us what sleep we might have had. Erm, facilities wise, toilets had loo roll that was it.
