Thank goodness some locals preserved this piece of history.

It was amazing to learn about the construction and history of the Edwin Fox, in one of the best local NZ museums I've visited, and then to actually step inside and explore the 9th oldest ship in the world sent tingles down my spine, as I thought of its journeys and the people whose lives it has shaped whilst in awe of its structure.
