Very neat and tidy campground.
Owner very friendly and helpful. Some of the sites are hard to get into for big campervans and close together. Toilets, showers and kitchen extremely clean. The showers would benefit from having a shelf to put belongings. Didn't bother my husband though! Vintage playground with trampoline - ok for our 3 year old but wouldn't trust it with much older kids. River beautiful. Free use of kayaks and dingy - excellent. Lots of trout swimming but right past our lures!

Loved it!
The prettiest campround we've stayed at - also the cheapest and didn't charge for 3yr old and baby. We fired up the pizza oven and made our own pizzas! Our 3 year old had a ball in the creek and then playing soccer on the grassy area. Rachel the Manager is extremely welcoming and friendly. New toilet and shower block is really nice. Kitchen is very basic but we were in the campervan so didn't bother us.

Massive campground and extremely busy and noisy.
Good playground and grassy area for kids and toilets and showers always cleans as in most Top 10s. Very expensive by Australian standards. Wouldn't stay there again.

No sites as such - just park where you can find a spot.
Facilities very run down. Reception not welcoming and not forthcoming with information. The only good things were the very friendly goats, pig, cow and deer in the tennis court area. One of the only campgrounds that didn't charge children. Totally agree with previous review - thought things might have changed in over a year!!!

Lovely grassy campground.
Big area for 3 year old to run around and play on trampoline. Toilets, showers and kitchen areas were immaculately clean. You shower in your own little ensuite! Laundry cheapest we experienced all over North Island so do it here!! View of the falls. Reception very friendly. We really liked it here.

Reception extremely friendly and helpful.
Playground close by. Not a pretty campground but position great. Our 3 year old loved playing on the beach although very muddy! 50c/shower. Facilities not the cleanest we experienced.
