My girlfriend and I had a great experience with Cruzy Campers.

We rented a Diesel Campervan for 12 days and it was the most awesome travel experience I had so far. Cruzy Campers is owned and managed by a retired couple, Andrew and Jenny. From the start of the whole process of initial inquiry to the end of the process of returning the vehicle at the airport, you can see Andrew and Jenny's personal touch.

Andrew was very very helpful, and spent a considerable amount of time going through my travel itinerary with me prior to my trip. He dished out many friendly advice and recommended changes.

In addition, a huge plus point is that Cruzy Campers provides the best rates. I have checked out other companies and was quite pleased that Cruzy's was able to fit into our travel budget. To top it off, Andrew's quick and personal response to my inquiries cemented my decisions to get it from Cruzy Campers.

Sherpy, (license plate of my campervan!), was a good and comfortable ride! Even though it was older than the campervans from other companies such as Blitz and Maui, you can see Andrew and Jenny's personal touch to make this van truly comfortable. Everything was in order, from the kitchen utensils, to the bed's linens and pillows, and to the fridge.

We did not need to worry about our campervan at all during the 12 days journey, and that helped to allow us to enjoy our journey. Andrew's repeated reassurance to give him a ring if there were any problems helped to soothe our initial fears of traveling on the roads.

All in all, I would strongly recommend everyone to get from Cruzy Campers!

Took up an afternoon tour but ended up slightly disappointed as it was a tad different from what I have expected.

It was a pity that we wouldnt get close to the glacier. Guide is on work and travel visa, and even though he was pretty informative, but I felt he lacked the personal touch and the local knowledge.

However, the view of Mount Cook and the surrounding areas were fantastic. Hike through White Horse Campsite down to the Valley was interesting and manageable. And yes, we had a taste of glacier water too!
