Excellent abseiling and climbing.
Tubing was a bit passive. Had an excellent guide though (Raynor). Worth doing and great value for money.

Breathtaking!
Even though we could not make it all the way due to an eruption. Stunning views. Track is tough at times, but with reasonable fitness it is easy to do.

National Park to Tama Lakes.
Easy walk, stunning crater, lot less busy than the Alpine Crossing. Mostly uphill worth taking 5-6 hours out of your day for.

Nice cultural performance and great hangi.
Rating could be higher if it were not for the cheesy saxophone player during dinner. Good explanation of Maori culture and not too busy.

Nice and clean, but I need more than a five minute shower.
Close to the beach and thermal pools. A plus is that it had its own fish and chip shop.

Nice location next to Kairu Park where you get to see thermal pool action up close.
With its iown thermal/mineral pools at the camp.

Some items missing or broken in campervan (curtains, camping chairs).
Although service is okay, it could be improved upon.

Great way to learn more about New Zealand, its culture and heritage and they have free WIFI.
Do not miss out on the carrot cake in the downstairs cafe.
