Not as frieldly as other smaller shuttles, but the seat is bigger and nicer, more comfortable bus ride.
Booking is easy, and one time I had to cancell but the process was pretty smooth.

Booked online, but when I arrived at Nelson Airport they said there is no booking for me.
It was lucky as another girl booked that same day so the bus came to the airport, but otherwise I couldnn't catch the bus.
I advice you better ring up them rather than sending email to book, just to make it sure.

had very good experience, but when we asked the guide "what's the difference of Franz Josef and Fox Glacier?" he said Fox Glacier is better as it is easier, and you can see Glacier Lake!

great place, if the accommodation price was a bit more affordable it would be better, but it is totally awesome.
Just having a cup of coffee is a good idea for those who cannot afford to stay there.
