Unnecessary waiting in briefing room, we had to be there at 1245 but actually we started at 1330.

All tours time quoted at the time of booking whether over the internet, by email or phone are quoted as our check in times, sorry if this was not made clear to you when you made your booking. We allow 30-40 minutes to check in 48 passengers and then show what we feel is an important safety video before departure. Again sorry that you were not informed of the check in process, I hope that your time out at sea however was successful with some great sightings.
