Sorry to hear you had to wait in the ques - we are one of the busiest i-SITE's in New Zealand and we do try to spend the right amount of time with all our customers so that they get the information they came in for. I am surprised to hear you don't feel we have any helpful information? With over 500 different brochures on display I would be interested to hear just what sort of information you were after? We are always looking at ways to improve what we do....

Nice boat trip in the Doubtful Sound with interesting information; but two thirds of the whole trip included getting there (including the visit to a power station - which we were not aware of).
