Very tidy and clean small campground only a few kms away from Hokitika.

Great hosts who are only too pleased to help. I would highly recommend this place if requiring accommodation in the area.

Great hosts (John and Wendy), safe, quiet and clean environment and facilities.

Kids playground and nice walks by river and beach. I will definately be back.

Probably wouldn't stay here again if I had the choice.

Great location but not well kept and can be quite noisy. Place needs a revamp or a bit of a tidy up. My stay was a last minute thing, so didn't have time to check it out first.

I had a self contained unit for one night.

Very clean and comfortable and certainly had everything I needed. Grounds are well looked after and the staff were very friendly. An added bonus having a security swipe card system. Went for a walk around the camping area and it is very well set up and tidy. Great kids play area as well. Many thanks for a great stay. Cheers, Chris

I stayed in a self contained unit for two days while up in the Far North for 2 days work.

I had a great stay and it was very tidy, clean and comfortable. Really nice with it being well off the road (quiet and secure). Many thanks to the fantatsic owner/s who were always very helpful, even with someone who didn't know to plug the aerial into the tv (Many thanks Sandy). Many thanks for a great stay. I will be back. I had a self contain unit.

The unit was very clean and had everything I needed. Lovely tidy and well set out grounds, and very friendly hosts. Although I didn't have any kids with me, this would be a great place for the kids as there is plenty of safe space for them to run around. Thanks to Kelvin and Billie for having such a lovely park. The only downside would be if you are a smoker as they prefer smoking only within a particular area rather than outside your unit (however from a family (with kids) holiday point of view, I can also totally understand this). If you do stay here, you wont be disappointed. The trains never bothered me at all.

What a fantastic place.

Great staff who are very obliging. The place was tidy and clean and felt safe. I had a kitchen cabin and the loos and showers were only a few doors down. I will definately be back.

Although dated, it had everything that I needed.

Not the flashest but everyone seemed very friendly (including others on the site). The room was basic but had a fridge in it as well which was great. I will certainly be back

I had a kitchen cabin and it had everything I needed.

Bathrooms were clean and kitchen clean and tidy. Grounds were being mowed while I arrived/nice and tidy setting. No complaints in relation to the amenities from me.

I stayed here for a week in one of their studio units while I was working as a relief teacher.
